we are daisy duet.

We met on Twitter after we both moved to Colorado around the same time, loving pottery and spoiling our dogs rotten- a match made in heaven. When we met for the first time, we spent hours giggling over crepes and the rest is history. Over the years, we have shared countless jokes and s’mores while learning how to do every hobby we can get our hands on. Now, we’re ready to share our laughter, whimsy and lightness with the world- join us!

Ashley got a BS in Microbial Biology and a minor in studio art from Auburn University. She started making pottery in high school and has been in love with it since! Her life revolves around her dog, Isabella Claire. She always has 14 crafts in progress at any time and never hesitates to dive deep into a new hobby. She is in the process of mastering cross stitch, beaded flowers/purses, kinusaiga (Japanese fabric painting), bedazzling, felt ornaments/magnets, origami, polymer clay, and making charm bracelets and other jewelry. Her next victims include but are not limited to tambour embroidery, basket weaving, quilting, stained glass, plastic canvas corded purses, silver clay, crochet, and beanie baby taxidermy. Ashley loves to haggle a good deal at an estate sale and has somehow become an amateur antique and fossil collector since moving to Colorado in 2021.

Rebecca grew up building fairy houses in the woods & reading stacks of books from the library. She also started doing pottery in high school and ended up getting a degree in studio arts with emphases in ceramics and contemporary sculpture. Now, Rebecca plays video games, makes pizza, quilts, cross stitches, sews, embroiders, bakes, gardens, knits, paints, watercolors, rollerblades, reads, runs and makes prints. She enjoys hanging out in the sun with her dog Ivy and never fails to enjoy seeing a beautiful cloud in the sky.
